针对半潜式起重拆解平台快速排载系统的排载方式，提出压力聚集排载法和压力平衡排载法两种方案，建立快速排载系统的数学模型，在SimuWorks仿真环境中搭建仿真模型，对双机起吊0~4 200 t起重工况进行仿真试验。分析两种排载方式下立柱排载舱内空气压力、液位和海水流量的变化情况，比较两种排载方式的优劣。结果表明：在排载时间相近的情况下压力平衡排载法比压力聚集排载法安全性更高。
Aiming at the de-ballast mode of the fast de-ballast system in semi-submersible lifting and disassembling platform, pressurized fast de-ballast method and balanced fast de-ballast method are proposed. The mathematical model of fast de-ballast system is established. A simulation model is established in SimuWorks environment, and the typical operation condition is simulated such as lifting condition of 0-4 200 t by double cranes. The changes of air pressure, flow rate and liquid level in the fast de-ballast tank based on two fast de-ballast modes are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two fast de-ballast modes are compared. The results show that the balanced fast de-ballast method is safer than the pressurized fast de-ballast method with the similar time.
